Park Street Festival

The Park Street Festival was a celebration of the neighborhood and its residents that occurred yearly for period in the 1960s-1980s. The festival encompassed the entirety of the street and included local business, heroes, politicians, artists, and community organizations to celebrate its history and pride for the Frog Hollow Neighborhood. The festival was shut down in the late 1980s for political reasons. This festival served as the inspiration that became Hartford’s Puerto Rican Festival
